Fristwache is a Shopify app for chargebacks and nothing else. It collects the evidence for each dispute, tells you whether fighting is worth it, and saves the evidence directly in Shopify.

Not every dispute is worth fighting.

A success-fee service has little reason to tell you not to fight. Fristwache charges a flat fee, so it can also tell you when to accept.

How a dispute runs

You decide. Fristwache never submits anything itself. Shopify submits saved evidence on the due date, or you submit it earlier in the Shopify admin.

  1. Detect the disputeEvery new Shopify Payments chargeback and inquiry appears in the list with its deadline.
  2. Collect evidenceOrder, fulfillment, tracking history, refunds and your refund policy go into one file.
  3. Read the recommendationFixed, explainable rules per dispute reason. Every recommendation states its reasons.
  4. Save the evidenceOne click saves text and documents to Shopify's evidence form.

What Fristwache does

What Fristwache does not do

  • No customer emails, no chat, no customer service
